Product overview
The slurry pump widely used in river sand dredging work, construction site, mining plant and power station. Such as coase sand suction, fine tailings, mineral processing, gold mining beneficiation and so on.
3/2C- is a very popular model among smaller slurry pump selections. It is horizontal pumps which are used on surface and connected with discharge pipes to move sludge, slag, silt from one tank to another. They are suitable to handle very abrasive and erosive slurries.
Ductile iron casing provides durable, safety and long service life.
The impeller and liner are all made of high chrome alloy(Cr26) material with features of anti-wear, anti-abrasive, high efficiency and long service life.
Slurry pump's bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily. They can be removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
Structural features:
1.The tubular structural bearing assembly is designed with high-capacity bearings. The bearings are greased and oil lubricated to suit different operating conditions.
2.The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation of the pump.
3.The shaft seal is sealed by packing, impeller seal and cartridge mechanical seal to meet different working conditions.
4.The pump and the drive can be driven by a direct drive, a V-belt drive, a fluid coupling drive, and a reducer drive.
5.The pump outlet direction can be rotated at 8 angles to accommodate different field installation conditions.
