Overview
IS 125-100 Single Suction Centrifugal Water Pump has a reasonable hydraulic performance layout, wide user selection and easy maintenance; efficiency and suction reach the international average.
IS 125-100 Single Suction Centrifugal Water Pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, seal ring, bushing and suspension bearing.
IS 125-100 Single Suction Centrifugal Water Pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage. It can also be used for agricultural drainage and for the transportation of clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature is not higher than 80 °C.
Installation
Before assembly, the pump should first check whether there is any defect affecting the assembly of one part, and scrub it clean before assembly.
1.Tighten the connecting bolts, wire plugs, etc. in each part to the corresponding parts.
2.O-rings, paper pads, felts, etc. can be placed on the respective parts.
3.The sealing ring and packing, packing ring and packing gland can be installed in the pump cover in turn.
4.The rolling bearing is mounted on the shaft, then mounted in the suspension, then closed the cover, compressed the rolling bearing, and connected bolts on the shaft sleeve.
5.The shaft is placed on the shaft, and then the pump cover is mounted on the suspension, and then the impeller, the stop pad, the impeller nut, etc. are mounted and tightened.Finally, install the above components into the pump body and tighten the connecting bolts on the pump body and the pump cover.
In the above assembly process, some small pieces such as flat keys, oil pans, water block shaft sleeve inside the 0-shaped sealing enclosure, etc. easy to remove leakage or clamp order, should pay special attention to.
Installation and correction:
1.Remove grease and dirt from the base and place the base on the foundation.
2.Use leveler to check the level of the base and allow the wedge to be leveled.
3.Use cement to irrigate base and anchor bolts.
4.After the cement is dry, check whether the holes of the base and anchor bolts are loose. If necessary, tighten the anchor bolts and check the level.
5.Clean the support plane of the base, the plane of the pump foot and motor foot, and install the water recorder and motor on the base.
6.A certain clearance should be maintained between the coupling to check whether the central line of the pump shaft and the motor shaft is consistent, and the thin gasket can be used to adjust it to concentric.
7.When measuring the outer circle of the coupling, the difference between the left and the right should not exceed 0.1 mm, and the maximum and minimum difference between the two couplings should not exceed 0.3 mm.
Installation instructions:
Pump installation height, pipeline length, diameter, flow rate should be in line with the calculation, and strive to reduce unnecessary losses.
Long distance transportation should take a larger diameter, the pump pipeline should have its own bracket, do not allow the weight of parts pipeline added to the pump, to avoid the pump pressure.
Discharge lines such as check valves should be installed outside the gate valves.
Starting, stopping and running
Starting:
It should be determined whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct and whether the pump operates flexibly before the pump connection.
Close the idle valve on the spout line.
Fill the pump with water or vacuum pump.
Turn on the power supply, when the pump reaches the normal speed, then gradually open the spit pipe gate valve, and adjust to the required conditions, in the spit pipe gate valve closed, the pump continuous working time should not exceed 3 minutes.
Stopping:
Gradually close the discharge valve on the pipeline and cut off the power supply.
If the ambient temperature is below 0 C, the water in the pump should be released to avoid cracking.
If the pump is stopped for a long time, the pump should be removed, cleaned, oiled and packaged for safekeeping.
Running:
In the course of driving and running, it is necessary to observe whether the meter reading, bearing heating, packing leakage and heating, vibration and noise are normal, if abnormal conditions are found, they should be dealt with immediately.
The maximum temperature of bearing is not greater than 80 C, and the bearing temperature should not exceed 40 degrees centigrade.
The packing is normal, and the leakage should be a small amount.
Bearing oil level should be maintained in the normal position, not too high or too low, too low should be timely supplementary lubricant.
If the gap between the sealing ring and impeller parts is too large, new sealing rings should be replaced.
