Overview:
Features: 10 / 8F - G type gravel pump is a introduced technology product. The pump adopts a single pump shell structure connected by a cassette. It is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump with light weight, good cavitation performance and abrasion resistance. Strong, wide flow passage, easy to install and use, etc., can continuously transport large particles of strong abrasive mud, suitable for dredger dredging, sand mining and sand dredging.
Structure: This series of gravel pumps consists of pump head, sealing assembly, bearing assembly, bracket, etc. The bearing lubrication method is grease lubrication. The over-flow component impeller, pump body, front guard plate and rear guard plate are all made of strong anti-wear high-chromium alloy or wear-resistant alloy steel with a hardness of not less than 58HRC.
Sealing form: packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, packing plus auxiliary impeller seal, mechanical seal and other types.
Transmission mode: V-type V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency drive, thyristor speed control, etc. A variety of speeds and a variety of variants allow the pump to operate under optimal conditions. Long service life and high operating efficiency can meet a variety of harsh conveying conditions.
