3 / 2 C - slurry pump (suction 3 inch discharge 2 inch) double pump shell structure hollow sculpture form: According to the specific expression form of the existing hollow sculpture, it can be roughly divided into three-dimensional hollow sculpture and flat hollow sculpture. The horizontal centrifugal slurry pump body and pump cover are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure. They are vertically opened and bolted. The pump body has a stop and is bolted to the bracket. The pump's spout can be rotated and installed at eight angles. Construction Design
1. The horizontal slurry pump should be placed on a firm foundation to withstand the full weight of the pump to eliminate vibration and tighten all anchor bolts;
2. The pipeline and valve should be supported separately. There is a gasket at the pump flange. When tightening the coupling bolt, please pay attention to the metal lining of the pump is higher than the flange. At this time, the bolt should not be tightened tightly. 2/1.5 slurry pump rotor to avoid damage to the gasket;
3. Rotate the shaft by hand according to the direction of rotation of the pump. The shaft should be able to drive the impeller to rotate and there should be no friction. Otherwise, the impeller clearance should be adjusted;
4. Check the motor steering. Ensure that the horizontal slurry pump rotates in the direction of the arrow marked on the pump body. Note that the horizontal slurry pump is not allowed to rotate in the opposite direction, otherwise the impeller thread will trip, causing damage to the pump;
5. When driving directly, the pump shaft and motor shaft should be accurately centered. The pump shaft and motor shaft should be parallel when the belt is driven, and the position of the sheave should be adjusted so as to be perpendicular to the groove to avoid violent vibration and abrasion;
6. A detachable short tube 3/2 slurry pump impeller should be installed at the suction pipe of the horizontal slurry pump. The length should be sufficient to disassemble the pump cover and replace the wearing parts to facilitate the maintenance of the pump. The length can be Design according to the actual situation.
