Product overview
8/6E- slurry pump (8-inch import, 6-inch export) is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, mineral processing, coal, building materials and other fields to transport solid particles and water to form a slurry. The lining is made of a high chromium wear resistant alloy. Lining for wear, extended maintenance intervals and reduced operating costs, spare parts are replaceable.
Slurry pump accessories include impeller, pump body, pump cover, rear guard plate, bushing, positioning sleeve, water seal ring, packing gland, stuffing box, bracket, auxiliary impeller, decompression cover, labyrinth ring, etc. The main working parts of the slurry pump are the pump body, the impeller and the volute. The impeller device in the pump body is located on the shaft and is connected with the motor to form a whole. When the motor drives the impeller to rotate, the blades in the impeller force the fluid to rotate, thereby forcing the pressure potential and kinetic energy of the fluid to increase. At the same time, under the action of inertial force, the fluid flows from the center to the edge of the impeller, and flows out of the impeller at a very high speed, and through the discharge pipeline to achieve the purpose of transportation.
The material of the slurry pump fittings is roughly metal or rubber. The metal materials commonly used in slurry pumps are further divided into cast iron, ductile iron, high chromium alloy, stainless steel and the like. Rubber materials are divided into: natural rubber, synthetic rubber, nitrile rubber and so on. Industrial cast iron generally has a carbon content of 2% to 4%. Carbon is mostly present in the form of graphite in cast iron, and sometimes in the form of cementite. In addition to carbon, cast iron also contains 1% to 3% of silicon, as well as manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and other elements. Alloy cast iron also contains elements such as nickel, chromium, molybdenum, aluminum, copper, boron, and vanadium. Carbon and silicon are the main elements that affect the microstructure and properties of cast iron.
