This type of pump uses a high chromium alloy wear resistant material.The series ZGB(P) slurry pump is horizontal,single-stage,single-suction,cantilever,double-casing,centrifugal slurry pump.

A pump suitable for transporting suspended solids in a liquid (water) is generally referred to as a slurry pump. It is currently one of the indispensable equipments in the process of mineral processing and coal preparation. Slurry pumps can be divided into single-stage/multi-stage, single-suction/double-suction, cantilever, horizontal/vertical and horizontal/vertical combination of pump casing according to different principles. The basic structure consists of impeller, pump casing and pump. The shaft, the bearing and the bracket are composed of a motor, a wheel or a belt wheel coupling, the wear parts further include a lining bushing, etc., the seal comprises a shaft seal, a secondary impeller, etc., and the support comprises a bracket, etc. However, the internal principle is consistent. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blade causes the medium to rotate rapidly. The rotating medium flies out of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. After the medium in the pump is thrown, the central part of the impeller forms a vacuum. In the area, the medium is pressed into the feed pipe through the pipe network under the action of atmospheric pressure (or water pressure). In this way, continuous feeding can be achieved to achieve the head and flow required by the process design. Of course, the feeding method is currently more indented, that is, the filling level is higher than the feeding tube, and the step of pouring water from the upper water pipe or the pump casing to the inside can be subtracted.

For the drive part of the series ZGB(P) slurry pump, the horiizontal split frame with oil lubrication and two sets of water cooling systems inside and outside has been adopted.If necessary,cooling water can be supplied.

Two kinds of shaft seal-expeller seal combined with packing and mechanical seal have been used for series ZGB(P).

Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical and other industrial sectors to transport abrasive or corrosive slurry, especially suitable for power plant ash transportation.In the low flow and low lift area, strong abrasive slurry can be transported; light abrasive slurry can be transported in high lift and large flow area.
