Product Introduction
G series gravel pumps are mainly used for continuous conveying of strong abrasive materials that are too large for general slurry pumps to be transported, such as dredger dredging, river or seabed large particle sand mining, mining and metal smelting blasting. Wait.
G, GH series sand pumps are horizontal, single pump shell centrifugal pumps, of which GH type is a high lift gravel pump.
G, GH series gravel pump adopts a single pump shell structure with a sideband of the cassette, and the overflow passage is wide. Its flow-through parts are made of hard nickel, high chromium and other wear-resistant materials. The discharge direction of the pump can be anywhere in 360°, which has the advantages of convenient installation, good cavitation performance and abrasion resistance.

Sealing type
Expeller seal: the shaft seal type of the pump mainly has a packing seal and a counter impeller seal. The auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and is generally used in the case of press-in ore feeding, but the ore pressure value is given. Not more than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value. This type of seal can be used without shaft seal water (by the oil cup on the pump body to regularly add grease), without diluting the slurry; however, it will increase the power consumption (generally about 5% of the rated power).
Packing seal: It is a common type of shaft seal. It is suitable for various working conditions. It can be matched with special materials such as PTFE filler and graphite filler. It can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance. However, it is necessary to add shaft sealing water, and sufficient water pressure and water volume should be ensured. The shaft sealing water pressure is 35 kPa (0.35 kg/cm2) of the pump outlet pressure, and the shaft sealing water quantity depends on the size of the bracket.
