65QV-SP Vertical Centrifugal , Made Of Abrasion Resistant Metal , Lined With Rubber
Type SP/SP(R) pumps are vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps which are submerged in sump to work.
The submerged pump is made according to the different needs of the length of the container. The working part of the submerged pump is sunk in the liquid, so there is no liquid splash in the shaft seal.
The parts in contact with the medium under the submerged pump are generally selected according to the requirements of the medium, and are made of metal and non-metal materials. The submerged pump is in the direction of transmission and rotation: the pump is directly driven by the motor through the claw-type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.
Designed for delivering abresive, large particle and high density slurries.
Type SP all metal for abrasive duty.
Type SPR rubber protected for acid/abrasive duty.
Three Type Construction of The Pump Inlet:
Standard type with strainer
Suction pipe with strainer
With agitator
application
Submerged pumps are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, fertilizers and other industries to transport various media on storage tanks. Open impellers can be used to transport media containing solid particles.
Characteristics
The pump is a vertical submerged pump, which has a beautiful appearance and is directly installed on the storage medium of the medium to be transported, without additional floor space, thereby reducing the capital investment.
The mechanical seal has been eliminated, which solves the troubles that other submerged pumps need to be repaired frequently due to the wear and tear of the mechanical seal, which saves the running cost of the pump and improves the working efficiency.
The new submerged pump can transport light materials such as inflammable and explosive materials, and has almost no wear and low energy consumption due to design improvements.
Running
1.Check the flexible coupling regularly and pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearing.
2.During the process of moving, if noise or unusual sound is found, stop the car immediately.
3.The pump shall be inspected periodically for every 2,000 hours of operation. The clearance between the impeller and the pump body (or the pump cover) shall not be excessively large. The maximum clearance shall not exceed 1.5 mm, such as exceeding the replaceable impeller or front cover.
4.When the pump is working for 6 hours, the machine seal should be inspected and repaired or replaced according to the degree of wear, otherwise the pump shaft and bearing will be damaged.
