65QV - SP Submerged Sump Pump Conveying Large Particles Highly Corrosive Liquids
Structural features:
1. The pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump, and the impeller blades are open structures. This form has proven to be particularly suitable for use in the circulatory pumping of high concentration, abrasive slurries in slurry recovery tanks in silicon stock slicing units.
2. The impeller and pump body do not adopt the form of mouth ring seal, and the setting of the mouth ring will be quickly worn by the slurry, which will lead to a rapid decrease in the efficiency of the pump.
3. It has an axial adjustment structure, which can conveniently adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover pump body flow path to maintain the high efficiency of the pump. This is an easy and effective way to keep the pump running efficiently.
4. The axial thrust of the pump is absorbed by the motor and the bearing is greased. The bearing is mounted in a bearing housing with a rubber seal auxiliary seal to prevent dirt and water from entering.
5. The pump and the motor share one shaft. The shaft is a large diameter and short shaft head, which can reduce the deflection of the shaft during operation, thereby improving the reliability of the pump unit operation.

Usage
The slurry pump can be widely used in the mining, electric power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. Such as metallurgical beneficiation plant slurry transportation, thermal power plant ash removal, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transportation, dredging rivers, river dredging and so on. In the chemical industry, some corrosive slurries containing crystals can also be transported.
