200ZJ-A60 Single Stage End Suction Centrifugal Heavy Duty Slurry Pump

Features and uses:

ZJ type slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal slurry pump designed by our factory. The series of pump over-flow parts are made of high-hard alloy cast iron, which has high anti-wear and impact resistance, thus improving pump service life. 

The outlet diameter of the horizontal pump is divided into various specifications, and the pumps of each size are available according to different impeller diameters depending on the head. The pump is suitable for electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry, etc. It is mainly used to transport abrasive slurry containing solid particles.

The transmission mode can be directly connected, belt, hydraulic, frequency control, etc., and can also be operated in series or in parallel according to customer needs.

Pump Design Features:

Use of inner and outer double layer metal structure.

Casing middle split vertically.

Discharge port can be positioned at 8 different positions at an interval of 45°.

Seal form:

1. The auxiliary impeller dynamic seal: the auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and the packing or lip seal is used as the parking seal. This type of seal can be used for a single stage pump or a multistage series first stage pump where the positive pressure of the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value. It can run without shaft seal water, does not dilute the slurry, and has good sealing effect. However, it will increase the power consumption (generally about 5% of the shaft power is required). Packing seal is a common type of shaft seal. It is suitable for various working conditions. It can be matched with special materials such as PTFE filler and graphite filler. It can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance.

2. Mechanical seal: It adopts international leading sealing technology and has good sealing effect. The assembled structure makes installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural forms adapt to different working conditions. The friction accessory material is made of high-hardness ceramic and alloy materials. The mechanical seal and sealed box are designed and matched to meet the medium flow state, so they have high wear resistance and shock resistance, and can guarantee customer satisfaction under various harsh working conditions.
