The feeding pump of filter press adopts unique hydraulic design and impeller installation method, which ensures that its performance curve is steeper than that of ordinary impurity pump. It is very suitable for filter press feeding when the resistance changes to achieve large flow, low pressure feeding and small flow, high pressure filtering purposes. Its special hydraulic performance coincides with the gradual process from the cavity to the filling and then to the filtration. At the initial stage of feeding, motor overload caused by excessive flow control without valve and low pressure will not impact on the filter plate frame, reducing the damage of the filter cloth on the filter plate frame, and will not impact the filter plate causing vibration.
