The main function of the bearing body is to support the shaft and the bearing, to ensure rotation on the axis, to withstand the force, to connect the working body with the power.
The bearing is subjected to the warp and axial forces to achieve effective rotation. The bearing clearances of the bearings of different bearing assemblies are also different in the slurry pump.
The shaft is the center line of the pump rotation, and the two ends are respectively used to connect the impeller and the coupling, connect the active parts, and transfer the power to the work parts.
The bearing end cap is used to fix and position the exact position of the shaft, adjust the bearing clearance of the bearing, and withstand the axial force of the pump.
Labyrinth sleeves, oil cups, and labyrinth rings are used to seal the ends of the bearing. One is to prevent leakage of bearing grease, and the other is to prevent debris and sewage from the outside of the bearing body from entering the bearing. The oil is injected into the oil cup to seal and lubricate the labyrinth ring.
The main function of the butter retaining ring is to ensure the normal lubrication of the bearing, block a certain grease and remove excess waste oil through the gap between the grease retaining ring and the bearing to the bearing body.
The adjusting pad is used to adjust the bearing clearance of the component and is adjusted according to different standards of different components. The adjusting pad has four specifications: 0.5mm, 0.3mm, 0.2mm and 0.14mm.
Inch nuts are mainly used to impede the driving end of the labyrinth sleeve and bearing.
Lubrication of bearings in the slurry pump bearing assembly uses lithium grease as grease.
