The series ZGB(P) slurry pump is horizontal,single-stage,single-suction,cantilever,double-casing,centrifugal slurry pump.The pump rotates in clockwise viewed from the drive end.The wwet parts of ZGB and ZGBP pump at the same outlet diameter can be interchangeable.Their outline installation dimensions are one and the same.
In order to make the slurry pump operate safely, it is necessary to pay attention to daily maintenance. The maintenance should pay attention to the following aspects:
1. Maintenance of slurry seal shaft seal:
The packing shaft seal pump should regularly check the sealing water pressure and water volume. Always keep a small amount of clean water flowing along the shaft, regularly adjust the packing gland, check the packing and replace the packing regularly, the shaft seal water pressure, the shaft sealing water volume should meet the above (axis Seal inspection requirements. The impeller shaft seal pump with oil cup should be oiled regularly with oil cup to lubricate the internal packing or lip seal.
2. Adjustment of the slurry pump impeller:
In order to ensure the operation of the pump university, it is necessary to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front guard in time. The gap between the metal lining pump impeller and the front guard is between 0.5-1mm, and the rubber lining pump impeller and The gap between the front and rear sheaths should be equal. When adjusting the impeller clearance, first stop the pump, loosen the bolts of the compression bearing assembly, tighten the nut on the adjusting bolt, and move the bearing assembly forward. At the same time, rotate the shaft by hand to rotate in the direction of the pump rotation until the impeller rubs against the front guard. For metal liner pumps, loosen the nut that was just tightened in the front half a turn. Then tighten the nut on the front of the adjusting bolt to move the bearing assembly back. At this time, the gap between the impeller and the front guard is between 0.5 and 1 mm. For the rubber-lined pump, the nut on the bolt is adjusted to make the bearing assembly first. Move forward, make the impeller contact with the front sheath, and then move the bearing assembly backwards to make the impeller and the rear sheath contact, and measure the total contact distance of the bearing assembly. This distance is generally used as the gap between the impeller and the front and rear sheaths. Adjust the position of the bearing assembly with the adjusting bolt to ensure the correct clearance value between the impeller and the front and rear sheaths. After adjustment, before starting again, it is necessary to re-check whether the impeller rotates normally, whether the bearing assembly compression bolt and the adjusting bolt are tightened, and then start the pump.
3. Slurry pump bearing lubrication:
When the bearing assembly is assembled, if the assembly is correct, the lubricating oil is proper, and the maintenance is timely, the operating life will be longer. The maintenance personnel should regularly inspect the bearing assembly and check the bearing and grease. The inspection interval is generally less than 12 months. Grease should be added regularly during operation. The interval and amount of injection are related to many factors such as pump speed, bearing specifications, continuous working time, number of pump stops, ambient and operating temperatures, and excessive grease can cause bearings. heat.
