Gravel Pump Marine Sand Pump For River Sand Mining 6 / 4 D - G
Structure: It is a centrifugal pump with horizontal and single pump shell structure. The special clamp is used to clamp the pump body and the pump cover. The bearing assembly adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the pump body, and can be completely removed during maintenance. The bearings are greased.

The main overflow parts of GH type slurry pump are made of anti-wear white cast iron. Users can choose according to the medium condition and use requirements.
The G/GH type gravel pump adopts a single pump shell structure connected by a cassette. It is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump with light weight, good cavitation performance, strong anti-abrasive property, wide over-flow passage, easy to install and use. It has the advantages of continuous conveying of large particles of strong abrasive mud, suitable for dredging of dredgers, sand extraction by sand mining vessels, and dredging of rivers.
This series of gravel pumps consists of pump heads, sealing components, bearing components, brackets, etc. The lubrication of the bearings is grease lubrication. The over-flow component impeller, pump body, front guard plate and rear guard plate are all made of strong anti-wear high-chromium alloy or wear-resistant alloy steel with a hardness of not less than 58HRC.
Sealing form: packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, packing plus auxiliary impeller seal, mechanical seal and other types.
Transmission mode: V-type V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency drive, thyristor speed control, etc. A variety of speeds and a variety of variants allow the pump to operate under optimal conditions.
